Ford F-550

Every F-550 truck in our inventory has automatic 10-speed transmissions with various driving modes. Standard new F-500 Super Duty trucks have 7.3-liter, V8 gas-powered engines that efficiently deliver 335 horsepower and 468 pound-feet of torque.

Ford also manufactures the F-550 with optional turbocharged 6.7-liter V8 diesel engines that generate 330 horsepower and 950 pound-feet of torque. Depending on the drivetrain, cab, and frame configuration, the F-500 pulls 16,300 to more than 30,000 pounds.

Ford equips all the latest F-550 Super Duty trucks with headlights that switch to high beams automatically to ensure optimal nighttime visibility. Standard safety tech also includes pre-collision warnings that alert drivers to potential danger. Should a driver not promptly respond to the warning, the brakes engage automatically to slow or stop the vehicle. While on the highway, Red Bluff drivers also receive warnings should they inappropriately attempt to change lanes.
